2. Our contract with you

These Terms govern all orders and services. They exclude any other terms not explicitly agreed to.
This Contract represents the entire agreement between you and Idenfo.

3. Registering, Placing an Order & Acceptance

Register and place orders only via the official Site.
An order becomes binding once you receive an Order Confirmation.
If your order cannot be processed, you’ll be informed and refunded in full.

4. Cancelling Your Order and Refunds

You can cancel within 14 days if your subscription is unused for a full refund.
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.

5. Our Services

  • Available generally except 00:00–06:00 daily.

  • Includes document verification, facial comparison, liveness, AML risk assessment, and name screening with real-time adverse media in English.

  • Idenfo is not responsible for your compliance obligations.

  • Specifications may change as needed.

6. Your Obligations

You must:

  • Ensure your order details are accurate.

  • Cooperate with Idenfo and provide complete, accurate info.

  • Obtain necessary permissions and comply with data protection laws.
    If you fail to meet obligations, services may be suspended or terminated, and you may be charged for any resulting costs.

7. Charges

Charges are subscription-based as shown on the Site.
All prices exclude VAT.
Price changes do not affect active orders.

8. How to Pay

Payment is taken in advance via Stripe (Stripe Legal Terms).
A £20 fee applies for failed or cancelled payments.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All IP related to the Services belongs to Idenfo.
You may view and print for personal use only.
Reproduction or redistribution requires written consent.
You grant Idenfo a non-exclusive licence to use your data for service provision.

11. Personal Information

Your personal data is used to:

  • Provide and improve services

  • Process payments

  • Inform you of similar services (opt-out available)
    Handled per the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing limits liability for:

  • Death or injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud
    Otherwise, Idenfo is not liable for:

  • Profit, business, data, or goodwill loss

  • Errors in third-party data

  • Indirect or consequential loss

Total liability is limited to payments made in the last 12 months.
Claims must be made within 3 months of awareness.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep information confidential for 5 years post-contract, except where disclosure is legally required.

14. Termination

Idenfo may terminate if:

  • You breach terms or fail payment.

  • You are inactive for 60+ days on a free trial.

  • Insolvency or conduct makes continued service inappropriate.

Termination doesn’t affect accrued rights.

15. Events Outside Our Control

If service is affected by events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters), performance is paused.
Contracts may be cancelled after 30 days of disruption.

16. Non-Solicitation

You cannot hire or solicit Idenfo’s employees or consultants for 6 months post-contract.

17. Communications

All notices must be sent via email.
Emails are deemed received at 9:00 AM next working day.

18. General

  • Idenfo may assign its rights; you may not without consent.

  • Variations must be in writing.

  • English law governs the Contract.

  • Disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
